Join us to explore Winter wonderland i Colorado while we explorer the adventures Colorado has to offer in this season.
ITINERARY.
THIS ITINERARY MAY HE MODIFY DEPENDING ON LOCAL WEATHER.
Itinerary:
DAY 1
Travelling day Denver Colorado. Drive to Leadville and get our gear ready. Night at Leadville. At 10,200 feet Leadville is the perfect place to acclimate for our adventure.
DAY 2
Cross Country Ski the lake or Mineral loop area near Leadville. Amazing views of the mountains
Afternoon exploring the Twin lakes. These amazing lakes will amaze you as they will be solid frozen over.
Nigh in Leadville
DAY 3
Ice Climbing Day or Snowshoes Day in the High Mountains area. Depends on weather.
Some of the most picturesque ice falls are in this area as well as some of the best-groomed Cross-country ski tracks.
Night in Leadville.
DAY 4
Early morning hiking attempt on Mount Birsdtand (14,300 feet high )
If Weather or Group condition does not allow it we will visit and hike Rocky Mountain National Park instead
. Night in Boulder Co
DAY 5
Morning drive from Bolder to Denver international Airport
Please book your return flight midday.
Mid-Morning Return flight.
